2. Information collected

Depending on how the Faith App is used, the following categories of information may be collected and processed:

Account and authentication information

Passwords are transmitted to the authentication service for verification. The Faith App does not intentionally store passwords in local application storage.

Employee and workplace information

The application displays and may transmit information associated with your employee account, including your name, profile details, department, designation, project, employment information, leave entitlement, attendance records and workplace-related contact or organizational information.

Attendance, leave, announcements and room-booking information

When you use these features, the service may process:

Profile photos and images

If a profile photo is uploaded or updated, the Faith App accesses the photo selected from the device and transmits it to the workplace service. Photo-library access is requested only when a photo-related feature is used.

Device and diagnostic information

During login, the application may send limited device metadata, such as:

The server may also receive standard request information such as IP address, request timestamps and user-agent information for authentication, security, auditing, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Information stored locally on your device

The Faith App stores limited information locally to operate correctly, including:

Local session data is removed when you sign out through the application or when the session is cleared. Device storage may retain other application data until you uninstall the app or clear its storage through the operating system.

We do not use employee information for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.

Personal information is not sold. Information is not shared with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

Workplace and account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain employment and workplace records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may be determined by the organization that manages the Faith account.

Local authentication data is retained on your device while needed for the signed-in session and is cleared when you sign out or the session is invalidated. Uploaded photos, leave documents, attendance records and other workplace records may remain in the backend according to the organization’s retention policies.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, including authenticated API requests, bearer-token authorization, access controls and secure transport where supported by the service configuration.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for protecting your device, keeping login information confidential and signing out on shared devices.

7. Permissions

The Faith App requests device permissions only when a feature needs them. For example:

You can manage permissions through your device settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not prevent unrelated features from operating.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or information about the personal data associated with your account. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

Because the Faith App is an employee workplace system, some records may need to be retained by the organization that manages the Faith account for legal, employment, audit or operational reasons.

To make a request, contact askme@daythree.com and include your name, organization, account identifier and the nature of the request.

Account deletion requests must be made through the organization that manages the Faith account or by contacting askme@daythree.com. Some workplace records may need to be retained as described above.

Continued use of the Faith App after an update means the revised policy applies to the extent permitted by law.
